K. Akeseh Tsakpo
Writer-Director
Picked is K’s second short film since graduating from Bournemouth University in 1999. Since then K has been dividing his time between building up a showreel of smaller projects, developing many short and feature scripts and working for the BBC. K’s last film, Shooter, came second in competition at the Cotswold International Film Festival and was well reviewed on several short film websites. Now armed with a bit of hindsight, experience and shrewdness, K hopes PICKED to make a bigger dent on the festival and internet circuit, hopefully paving the way for production of his feature.

Nila karadia
Producer
Nila has worked for the BBC for several years as a production co-ordinator and production manager. With skills in negotiation, research Nila continues to prove her skills in broadcast drama as a producer and creative force. Picked is her debut producer credit.

Sam Morris
DoP
As a camera assistant, Sam has worked on feature films, pop promos, commercials, TV dramas, documentaries and drama shorts shot in studios and on location in UK, Europe and US. PICKED is Sam’s first credit as Director of Photography.

Rob Ellmore
Editor
A graduate and experienced whizz of cross media technology, Rob has worked with K as Editor and, recently, co-director on short films and corporates over the past five years.

Stuart Fox
Composer
Since graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama in 1998, Stuart has provided a unique brand of music for television and film, working with award winning directors, writers and documentary filmmakers. His work, across a wide range of musical and narrative genres, is a testament to his dynamism as a composer.
